Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses and services offered by Dream Language Institute (DLI), whether conducted online or offline, through our website https://dlieducation.com.

1. General Policy

By enrolling in any course or service and making payment through our website or any authorized channel, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before enrollment.

2. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the start of the batch or class.
  • Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, phone, email, course selection) at the time of payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under specific conditions as outlined below:

  • Before the batch starts: Once you have completed your admission and the batch is confirmed, course fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, DLI may consider a partial refund or a transfer to another batch, at our sole discretion.
  • After the batch starts: If the main live class or batch has already started, you will not be eligible for any refund for the period already attended.
  • Service-related issues: A refund request may be considered only if:
    • DLI fails to provide the course/services that were clearly promised at the time of enrollment, and
    • You have made genuine efforts to continue the course but still faced unresolved issues caused by DLI.

4. Time Limit for Refund Requests

  • Any refund request must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of batch start or from the date of the issue you are raising, whichever is earlier.
  • After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.

5. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Your course fee must have been paid in full (no outstanding amount) to be considered for refund.
  • You must provide a clear, valid reason and supporting information (if needed) explaining why you are seeking a refund.
  • Refunds are considered only when the problem is directly related to DLI’s service (for example, if promised classes or features were not provided), and not for reasons such as:
    • Change of personal schedule or priorities
    • Lack of time to attend classes
    • Personal travel, job change, exam schedule change, or similar personal issues

6. Discount, Promo Codes & Offers

  • Any promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers applied at the time of enrollment are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, it will only apply to the amount actually paid by you after discounts.

7. Refund Method & Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method you used (via SSLCommerz where applicable).
  • Refund processing may take approximately 14–21 working days from the date of approval, depending on banking and gateway procedures.
  • DLI will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other external systems.

8. Course Transfer Instead of Refund

In some cases, instead of a refund, you may be offered the option to transfer your enrollment to another batch, course, or mode (online/offline), subject to seat availability and management approval.
