DLI Education (Dream Language Institute), Wahid View Shopping Complex, 2nd floor, Zindabazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”) runs dlieducation.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored encrypted).
  • Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We do not get your Google password or any other Google data.
  • Learning data: the courses you join, lessons you finish, quiz results and certificates.
  • Orders: the course, plan, price, coupon and payment status. Payments are handled by SSLCommerz; we never see or store your card, bKash, Nagad or bank details.
  • Forms: what you send us in contact, seminar and IELTS registration forms. Passport copies for IELTS registration are stored in a private folder that only our staff can open.
  • Technical data: login cookies that keep you signed in, your light/dark mode choice (saved in your browser), and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.

How we use it

  • To create your account, give you access to your courses and show your progress.
  • To process payments and send receipts.
  • To contact you about your classes, seminars and payments by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To answer your questions and registration requests.
  • To keep the website safe (for example, blocking spam sign-ups).

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the website:

  • Google — sign-in (only if you choose it) and YouTube, which hosts some lesson videos.
  • SSLCommerz — online payments.
  • Hostinger — our web host (servers that store the website and its data).
  • Our email service, used to send account and payment emails.

We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and learning records while your account is open, so you can return to your courses and certificates. Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

  • See and update your profile from your dashboard.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it.
  • Remove DLI Education’s access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (you can still log in with email and password).

Children

Students under 18 should use the website with a parent or guardian’s permission.
